Natashay STARR, aka Coach STARR created a movement called R.A.W.W. (Release All Within Worldwide), this is more than a brand—it’s a global movement for healing, purpose, and inner liberation. Founded by Transformational and Bereavement Coach Starr, R.A.W.W. exists to help individuals break free from the emotional chains of trauma, grief, and pain—guiding them to reconnect with their true selves and rediscover their purpose.
R.A.W.W. stands in sacred recognition that grief wears many faces—loss of people, places, things, or identities. There is no expiration date on healing. Each journey is unique, and every wound deserves to be seen, acknowledged, and lovingly tended. Coach Starr’s mission is deeply rooted in her own life’s journey. Rejected in the womb and nearly aborted, her earliest battles began before birth. Her path consist of surviving gang rape, religious trauma, suicide, and a battle with alcoholism—a battle she began to overcome on August 25, 2018, committing to one day at a time. Her sobriety is her sacred anchor, a reminder that healing is a daily choice and a divine gift. She claims Diamonds are made under pressure, her life experiences made her a VS1 clarity!
In the midst of her transformation, Coach Starr made a radical decision: she left Georgia, relocated to California, and embraced a season of solitude. In that stillness, she found clarity and courage, eventually emerging with a renewed purpose—to help others turn pain into power. From that space, R.A.W.W. was born.
Today, Coach Starr is not only a coach—she is a voice for the voiceless. Her work has expanded across industries and audiences. As a spokesperson for AI Urban South, and through her collaborations with FEMA, CNN, Cisco, and Kennesaw State University, she has advocated for equity, healing, and emotional wellness at every level.
Before stepping into coaching, Coach Starr made her mark in the music industry. Formerly signed with Universal Music through Sounds of Atlanta, she toured globally, crafted jingles for major brands like McDonald’s and Coca-Cola M5 International, and collaborated with global artists. She also served as a creative producer for documentaries, reality shows, and podcasts, including a hosting role with iHeart Radio via Atl Talks.
Academically, she holds a degree in Health Communications, along with multiple certifications including transformational and bereavement coaching. A lifelong learner, her background spans over two decades in the medical field, with expertise across eight specialties, including dialysis and hospice care. This hands-on experience in life’s most tender moments informs her deeply compassionate approach.

With over 25 years in the medical field, she continues to serve in hospice care, walking alongside families in some of their most tender moments. She has also worked in dialysis care, a cause close to her heart due to the personal impact it has had on her own family.
